1. Service Description

The Alchemize Mentoring 7 Intensives Package is a package of seven belief coaching sessions conducted via Zoom. These intensive session are designed to help you shift seven major limiting beliefs that are currently holding you back in a specific area of your life, empowering you to embody the person you long to be.

Upon purchasing the package, you will gain access to a scheduling calendar to select a time for your four intensive sessions. All sessions are delivered online only.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  1. Clients must schedule their session using the calendar link provided after purchase.

  2. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered completed.

  3. If the Client fails to attend the session or does not reschedule within the allowed timeframe, the session is forfeited without refund.

3. Refund Policy

  1. The purchase of the Alchemize Mentoring Intensive is final, and no refunds will be granted.

  2. Clients who decide not to schedule or attend the session will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Exclusion of Trial Period

The Alchemize Mentoring Intensive is an online product delivered as a single Zoom session. Therefore, it is exempt from the statutory trial or withdrawal period (Widerrufsrecht) under German law (§ 356 BGB), provided that:

  • The Client explicitly agrees to the immediate execution of the service upon purchase.

  • The Client acknowledges the waiver of the right to withdraw by completing the purchase.

5. Liability

  1. The Company will not be held liable for technical issues on the Client’s end (e.g., internet outages, device malfunctions) that prevent participation in the session.

  2. If technical difficulties arise on the Company’s end, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

6. Coaching Disclaimer

  1. The Alchemize Mentoring Intensive is a personal development coaching session aimed at belief transformation and personal growth. It is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or other professional medical or mental health services.

  2. The results of the session depend on the Client’s engagement and actions. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, and any disputes arising from the purchase or use of the Alchemize Mentoring Intensive will be resolved in the courts of the Company’s city of residence.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the Alchemize Mentoring Intensive, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these General Terms and Conditions. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms, and the agreement becomes binding as of the date of payment.
