General Terms and Conditions for the Belief RESET Session

2. Service Description

The Belief RESET Session is a one-time online belief coaching and personal development session conducted via Zoom or a comparable online platform.

The session is designed to support emotional awareness, subconscious belief work, nervous system regulation, embodiment, and personal growth, and may focus on shifting one major limiting belief or emotional pattern currently affecting a specific area of the Client’s life.

All sessions are delivered online only.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Clients must schedule their Belief RESET Session using the booking link provided after purchase.

Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session cannot be guaranteed and may be considered forfeited.

If the Client fails to attend the session without prior notice or does not reschedule within the permitted timeframe, the Belief RESET Session is considered completed and forfeited without refund.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is due immediately upon purchase.

5. No Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

The Belief RESET Session is a digital service delivered online.

In accordance with § 356 (5) BGB, the right of withdrawal expires if:

• the Client expressly agrees that the execution of the contract begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and

• the Client acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of the execution.

By completing the purchase and confirming the respective terms-checkbox, the Client:

• expressly agrees to immediate execution of the service, and

• acknowledges the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.
  

6. Refund Policy

The purchase of the Belief RESET Session is final.

No refunds are provided once the Belief RESET Session has been purchased, booked, or delivered.

Clients who decide not to schedule or attend the session are not eligible for a refund.

7. Usage Rights

Any materials, recordings, worksheets, or resources provided during or after the Belief RESET Session remain the intellectual property of the Company.

The Client may use such materials for personal purposes only.

Sharing, reproducing, distributing, reselling, sublicensing, or commercially using the materials is prohibited.

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

8. Session Validity

The Belief RESET Session must be scheduled and completed within 6 months of the purchase date.

Unused sessions expire automatically after this period and are non-refundable.

9. Technical Requirements and Availability

The Client is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary technical requirements (e.g. stable internet connection, compatible device) to participate in the Belief RESET Session.

The Company is not liable for technical issues on the Client’s side that prevent participation.

If technical difficulties arise on the Company’s side, the Belief RESET Session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

10. Liability

The Company shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of digital service.

Any further liability is excluded.

11. Coaching Disclaimer

The Belief RESET Session is intended for personal development and educational purposes only.

It does not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment.

The Company does not guarantee specific emotional, psychological, relational, financial, or personal outcomes.

Results depend on the Client’s individual participation and implementation.

12. Minimum Age

The Client confirms that they are at least 18 years old at the time of purchase.

13. Changes to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms where necessary, provided that such changes are reasonable and do not unfairly disadvantage the Client.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the Company, where legally permissible.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the Belief RESET Session, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

The contract becomes binding upon completion of payment.
