General Terms and Conditions for the Inner CIRCLE Membership

2. Service Description

The Inner CIRCLE Membership is a digital membership and community experience designed to support participants in subconscious belief work, emotional healing, embodiment, nervous system regulation, personal growth, and self-development.

The membership may include live online sessions, group coaching elements, guided exercises, meditations, embodiment practices, journaling prompts, educational content, community spaces, replay content, and additional digital resources.

All content is delivered digitally via an online platform. No physical product will be shipped.

The Inner CIRCLE Membership is intended for educational and personal development purposes only and does not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment.

3. Access and Availability

Access to the Inner CIRCLE Membership is granted after successful payment.

The Client receives access via login credentials or a direct link to the membership platform.

Access is provided for the duration of the active membership period.

The membership may include live online sessions, replay content, community features, and additional educational or embodiment materials.

Replay availability is limited and may vary depending on the type of session. Unless otherwise stated, replays are generally available only during an active membership period.

Live schedules, included features, replay availability, community structure, and membership content may evolve over time as the membership develops, provided that the overall value of the membership is not significantly reduced.

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, replace, archive, or remove content where reasonably necessary to improve the membership experience.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is due immediately upon purchase and renews automatically according to the selected membership plan unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

The Client may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation does not entitle the Client to a refund for the current billing period.

5. No Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

The Inner CIRCLE Membership is a digital product and online membership.

In accordance with § 356 (5) BGB, the right of withdrawal expires if:

• the Client expressly agrees that the execution of the contract begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and

• the Client acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of the execution.

By completing the purchase and confirming the respective terms-checkbox, the Client:

• expressly agrees to immediate access to the membership content, and

• acknowledges the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.
  

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the membership and immediate access granted, no refunds are provided for active membership periods.

7. Usage Rights

All content of the Inner CIRCLE Membership is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal purposes only.

The Client is strictly prohibited from:

• sharing login credentials or granting third parties access

• reproducing, copying, or distributing membership materials

• recording live sessions without permission

• reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the content

• making the content publicly available in any form

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

8. Account Responsibility

The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

Login credentials may not be shared with third parties.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of suspected misuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of these Terms.

9. Community Guidelines

The Inner CIRCLE Membership is intended to provide a respectful, supportive, and growth-oriented environment.

The Client agrees to communicate respectfully and refrain from abusive, discriminatory, harmful, or inappropriate behavior within the community spaces or live sessions.

The Company reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate memberships without refund in cases of serious misconduct, repeated violations, or behavior that negatively impacts the community environment.

10. Technical Requirements and Availability

The Client is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary technical requirements (e.g. stable internet connection, compatible device) to access the membership.

The Company is not liable for technical issues on the Client’s side that prevent access.

11. Liability

The Company shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of digital product.

Any further liability is excluded.

12. Coaching and Wellness Disclaimer

The Inner CIRCLE Membership includes personal development, emotional processing, embodiment, and wellness-related content.

Participation is voluntary and occurs at the Client’s own responsibility.

The Company does not guarantee specific emotional, psychological, relational, financial, or personal outcomes.

The membership does not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment.

13. Minimum Age

The Client confirms that they are at least 18 years old at the time of purchase.

14. Changes to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms where necessary, provided that such changes are reasonable and do not unfairly disadvantage the Client.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the Company, where legally permissible.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the Inner CIRCLE Membership, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

The contract becomes binding upon completion of payment.
