General Terms and Conditions for the TRACE Mini-Course

2. Service Description

The TRACE Mini-Course is a digital, self-paced online course designed to help participants identify and understand subconscious belief patterns.

The course includes video content and may include accompanying materials such as worksheets, audio content, or written resources.

All content is delivered digitally via an online platform. No physical product will be shipped.

3. Access and Availability

Access to the TRACE Mini-Course is granted after successful payment.

The Client receives access via login credentials or a direct link to the course platform.

Access is provided for a minimum of 12 months.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify course content where necessary to improve the experience, provided this does not significantly reduce the core value of the course.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is due immediately upon purchase.

5. No Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

The TRACE Mini-Course is a digital product.

In accordance with § 356 (5) BGB, the right of withdrawal expires if:

  • the Client expressly agrees that the execution of the contract begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and

  • the Client acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of the execution.

By completing the purchase and confirming the respective terms-checkbox, the Client:

  • expressly agrees to immediate access to the course, and

  • acknowledges the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the digital product and immediate access granted, no refunds are provided.

7. Usage Rights

All content of the TRACE Mini-Course is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal purposes only.

The Client is strictly prohibited from:

  • sharing login credentials or granting third parties access

  • reproducing, copying, or distributing course materials

  • reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the content

  • creating derivative works based on the course materials

  • making the content publicly available in any form

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

8. Account Responsibility

The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

9. Technical Requirements and Availability

The Client is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary technical requirements (e.g. stable internet connection, compatible device) to access the course.

The Company is not liable for technical issues on the Client’s side that prevent access.

10. Liability

The Company shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of digital product.

Any further liability is excluded.

11. Coaching Disclaimer

The TRACE Mini-Course is intended for personal development and educational purposes only.

It does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice or treatment.

The Company does not guarantee specific results. Outcomes depend on the Client’s individual engagement and implementation.

12. Minimum Age

The Client confirms that they are at least 18 years old at the time of purchase.

13. Changes to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms where necessary, provided that such changes are reasonable and do not unfairly disadvantage the Client.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the Company, where legally permissible.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the TRACE Mini-Course, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

The contract becomes binding upon completion of payment.
